Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know

Do lashes damage your natural lashes?

NO, as long as your lash tech is well trained and knows the right weight and lengths of lash extensions your natural lashes can support.

Can I choose what style and length?

We go through lash styles and lengths during your consultation, but the length of your extensions will depend on the length of your natural lashes. As if these are too long they will cause a drooping effect and cause damage to your natural lashes.

Can I wear mascara / eyeliner?

No, wearing this will cause a build up of dirt which can damage the adhesive bonds and cause your extensions to fall out faster.

Do lash extensions hurt?

NO!!! Lash extensions should NEVER hurt, not during your appointment or afterwards. If they are hurting, itchy or irritating you need to contact your lash technician and let them know as this is NOT NORMAL and your lashes may have been applied incorrectly.

How long do lash extensions last?

Lash extensions can last from 4-6 weeks depending on your hair growth, skin type and lifestyle. Each person will have different retention based on all of those things.

How often do I need a lash infill?

Every 2-3 weeks, some clients may be able to go 4 weeks before needing an infill others will need a fill every 2 weeks. This is due to your natural lashes continuing to grow, causing your extensions to grow out and either fall out or need to be removed and replaced.

How long does brow lamination / a lash lift last?

Both can last upto 8 weeks, again depending on your natural hair growth, skin types and lifestyle.

Can I get my lashes wet / can I go swimming after a treatment?

Yes, Yes, Yes!! Get those lashes wet!!! Wetting your lashes does NOT make them fall out, when done correctly you will be able to get your lashes wet right after your appointment!

Although you will need to thoroughly clean your lashes afterwards to remove any traces of chlorine or salt.
